Regine Lafontant  known as Chef Rae, is known for her innovative approach to gastronomy and dedication to using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients to create Caribbean cuisine.  Born and raised in a family of food enthusiasts, Chef Rae’s passion for cooking ignited at a young age. After graduating from culinary school as valedictorian, she embarked on a journey to explore diverse culinary traditions, enriching her culinary repertoire along the way. Chef Rae’s culinary philosophy revolves around her Haitian and Trinidadian culture. Her signature dishes are a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation, reflecting her relentless pursuit of excellence in every culinary creation.
